Criteria for the Cocker Spaniel Breed Council C List

For aspirant judges who have shown an interest in the breed and have the support of The Cocker Spaniel Breed Council. This list would normally include persons who have judged the breed at Limited and Open Shows but who do not yet qualify for the B List of judges.
